		<description>Thanks for this great outline of NRAS Adam.  I&#039;ve been working with NRAS properties for around a year now and I&#039;m finding the whole process really rewarding.  I think it&#039;s because I have the satisfaction of knowing it really is a win win win situation - the tenants, investors and developers all benefit.  It&#039;s also been an opportunity for my business, Onyx, to form new partnerships with developers and social housing organisations alike.  I think that&#039;s one of the best things about this whole scheme.</description>
