Land Use Plans are rapid, high level sketches designed to:

Visually communicate the intended development
Maximise the potential for your site
Incorporate local & state planning policies
Initiate the collaborative planning permit process with Council
Provide you with early Council feedback

Land Use Plans:

Do communicate high level Town Planning issues such as Site features and contours, neighbouring buildings & offsets, intended dwelling numbers, size, mass, footprints, orientations, site permeability and site coverage
Do not communicate details, interior floorplans, design aesthetics, materials or colour schedules.
