Question 1: How can I design my new home?

The FAST TRACK Concept Workshop is a unique architectural experience where our team of qualified, professional residential designers and builders translate your new home ideas onto paper – live.

Because the entire process occurs live you are able to:

• Understand the implications,
• Make adjustments

And all of this occurs in real time.

Question 2: How does this save me time?

Regular architectural design services achieve similar outcomes over several days or weeks due to back-and-forth communications occuring via:

The FAST TRACK Concept Workshop gathers yourself, a residential designer and a building consultant in the same room at the same time addressing issues face to face.

Typically, a designer designs the plans, gets them approved by the relevant authorities and then hands over those approved plans to a builder.
